SW-820 automatic laminating machine adopts thermal film or glueless
film for the lamination of printed paper products. The machine is
equipped with automatic feeding unit, automatic laminating unit,
auto cutting unit and auto paper collector. The machine running is
stable, smooth and highly efficient.
The whole machine has compact structure, reasonable design and high
automation. The feeding unit conveys paper stably and accurately.
The heating roller adopts induction heating system to guarantee
precise and even temperature for lamination. PLC (programmable
control) system controls the working state of electrical and
pneumatic devices, and ensures stable running, long lifetime and
easy maintenance to the laminator.
Configuration:
1. Auto Feeder
This machine is equipped with a paper pre-stacker, Servo controlled
feeder and a photoelectric sensor to ensure that paper is
continuously fed into the machine.
2.Side Lay Regulator
The Servo controller and Side Lay Mechanism guarantees precise
paper alignment at all times.
3.Electromagnetic Heater
Equipped with advanced electromagnetic heater. Fast pre-heating.
Energy saving. Environmental protection.
4.Human-computer interface
A user-friendly interface system with a colour touchscreen
simplifies the operation process. The operator can easily and
automatically control paper sizes, overlapping and machine speeds.
5.Separation system
Pneumatic separation system to separate the paper stably and
quickly.
6.Corrugrated Delivery
A corrugatted delivery system collects paper easily.
7. Anti-curvature Device
The machine is equipped with an anti-curl device, which ensures
that paper remains flat and smooth during the lamination process.
8. Automatic Stacker
Automatic stacker receive the sheets quickly in order without stop
the machine as well as counter the sheets.
